It came about by member and client staff demand. They saw the work we were doing with organizational leadership and wanted access to coaching with someone who has industry knowledge, or they were members who got a lot out of our Room. calls and wanted more personalized in-depth coaching.

Nope. Nada. It's a free service and really why we do what we do. To us, Room. is our members and we want as many BIPOC folks in this industry to feel like they have a space.
If in the future we decide to launch paid services for our membership we will announce it.
Does a Room. Membership Cost anything?
No catch. We just want to help. However, to keep it free, please use our services as though they were paid. We have removed services in the past because of this.
What's The catch?
Short answer is no.
Longer answer is that we can help you get yourself a job. We're really good at it.
can you get me a job?
We don't share Room. member information with anyone without express consent of the member first. Examples: you want us to talk to an employer about you, or you would like to share your work on our socials, etc.
