A simple and quick top 10 reference guide for leaders based on your most asked questions.
Nope. Not at all.
However we do not do DEI consultation on these calls. This means we don't answer questions like "What more could we be doing/What are we not doing enough of?" "What do you think of our plan"?, etc.
Do I have to pay for an exploratory call?
We know that company culture starts at the top and real change requires leadership. So, we work directly with whomever is most senior in any institution. CEO, President, ED, etc. HR/Operations/DEI staff are there to collaborate on and support the vision laid out with the adequate budget to do so.
if we worked together, would it be ok if you mainly interacted with our hr/operations/dei person?
We can't.
Truth is, if people aren't applying, it is usually a brand recognition/reputation issue. Which, in and of itself is valuable information. If you'd like to work on this give us a call, we'd be happy to help.
Can You Guarantee I will get bites for my vacancy if I post with you
